Balsamic Cream of Modena PGI

Balsamic Cream of Modena PGI is a ready-to-use reduction of balsamic vinegar. It has a creamy and velvety texture, ideal for seasoning and garnishing dishes. Made with musts from our vineyards, using Lambrusco, Ancellotta, and Trebbiano grape varieties.

It pairs well with green salads with crispy bacon, apple pie, strawberries, and vanilla ice cream. It contains no caramel or added sugars.
